bad days

Every one has a bad day every once in a while. It is how we handle those days as to what determines the rest of the day or the next. Some suggestions that I have done....
...read my bible and pray......take a long hot bath..... doll myself all up........go to the gym to let off some steam.....talk to a friend or just cry on their shoulder....scream (I only suggest this inside a closed room by yourself people might think your crazy otherwise).......treat yourself to a piece of chocolate or a cup of coffee or something that you would not normally buy for yourself....get lost in a book, a movie or the computer.....go shopping.......but sometimes we just need to cry and cry and cry some more. After I have one of those days I feel so much more refreshed and able to do the normal everyday tasks.

I pray for those of you who are having a bad day today...remember God will not give us any more than we can handle......Things could always be worse even though we may not think so... Keep looking up ~Christina

bad days..GOOD DAYS...

I was thinking about your "bad days" blog, and decided that surely there is something I could write that would be interesting and inspiring! Maybe not, but here's my stab at it. If you've spent much time at a computer you know the importance of the caps lock key. That key can change the entire view or meaning of a word. Example..(god) vs (GOD). One is generic god and the other is THE one and only GOD. Example...(apple vs APPLE) one is a fruit that has many different varieties. You can pick one up at any grocery store for a few cents. The other is a branded name of a computer company. They cost a little more, and the differences are obvious. However, if everything was WRITTEN WITH THE CAP LOK ON, THEN IT WOULD BE HARD TO SEE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A (EXAMPLE...GOD AND A GOD), AND SOMEONE COULD POSSIBLY GET BY SPENDING A FEW CENTS INSTEAD OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BUT MAY HAVE THE WRONG APPLE. I know this may not make sense now, but hold on for a minute. Now... what is the difference between a "bad day" and a "GOOD DAY"? Well, look at it.. On a GOOD DAY, you could also read your bible and pray....take a long hot bath... doll yourself up...go to the gym... etc... and scream. How would the day be different. The cap lock key was on when I wrote the name of the day! The correct buttons were pressed. If you take the average "bad day" and you press the right buttons, it can change a "bad day" in to a "BAD DAY". Which one is worse a "bad day" or "BAD DAY"? Again, you're back to one of those situations where it's all in the way you view it. You said that sometimes people (you in this example) just need to cry and cry and cry some more. If you NEED to cry, then couldn't it be viewed as a "GOOD DAY" because of what was accomplished and how you feel the next day? My point is this..If you're having a "bad day", make sure you press the cap lock buttons of your life. Then you might be able to think of that very same day in a way that gives a positive spin on your life and be able to realize that GOD gave you that day to accomplish... something.

That "bad" day could turn into a "BAD" day. (In today's terminology that means GOOD)(like in the sentence "that new BMW is one BAD car"). Sometimes "bad days" are needed, just remember to press your cap lock key and you could get some good out of it. Again shareing my vast knowledge!

I think I too know who 'anonymous' is. Thanks for sharing your 'vast knowledge.' There always seems to be a message in there somewhere.
